Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process, or you could use our estimate shipping tool to calculate the shipping cost for your country / state during a checkout process. At Vivacases.com, we pride ourselves in Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first thirty 28 calender days from the date of delivery. Any orders returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to exchange only. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us. If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you with the shipping charges bared by you. Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. Replacements & Refunds Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
